1. A Servant - one who voluntarily submits to the service of another

a. of Christ - 1 Corinthians 4.1

b. Requires Humility - 1 Corinthians 4.13, John 15.5, Titus 3.2

c. Service for Christ is shown in a willingness to serve others - Mark 9.35, 10.45

d. Failure to serve other is a failure to serve Christ - Matthew 25.45

e. Servant leaders are concerned about development of other servant leaders - Matthew 20.28
